The Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented, passionate, and motivated Sustainability Consultant to join our world-leading sustainability team at our office in Perth to work on the design of some of the most exciting sustainable design projects in Australia. We expect all team members to aim to go well beyond industry standards to positively impact every project we work on.

As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, and working closely with colleagues across multiple offices, you will inspire, analyse, report, model, and document Sustainability projects and liaise with clients with the aim of expanding the project portfolio.

You will ideally have experience in a similar role working in Sustainability consulting in infrastructure and the built environment and be looking to take the next step in your career and increase your client exposure, job management, and leadership qualities.

Your work will span all sectors and potentially offer a high degree of autonomy, and the ability to influence, and in some cases lead, our national capabilities, and processes, based on the level of experience already gained in the industry.

The Skills:

- Engineering, Environmental, Architecture, or built environment related degree.
- 3-5+ years of consulting experience in the built environment and infrastructure sector.
- Experience with preparing strategy, implementation, and certification of best practice certification schemes, including Green Star, Infrastructure Sustainability (IS), Living Building Challenge, and WELL Building Standard.
- Developed knowledge of engineering principles to analyse and interpret documentation and drawings.
- Possess a body of knowledge that allows you to evaluate sustainability attributes and opportunities within designs, and where improvements are required (civil, landscape, mechanical, façade, spatial, etc.).
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team and environment.
- Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, effectively resourcing to meet client deadlines.

Essential
- Green Star Accredited Professional (GSAP), or working towards becoming a GSAP.
- Experience with Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) using OneClick or equivalent software.

Preferable
- Infrastructure Sustainability Accredited Professional (ISAP)
- WELL Accredited Professional (WELL AP)
- Experience in undertaking Section J and NatHERS compliance assessments
- Experience in building physics modelling (Energy, Daylight, Comfort, Parametrics)
- Experience in Climate Active & Carbon Neutral.
