**The Role**

As a result of growth in Hesperia’s overall portfolio and their ambitions to achieve a minimum of 5-star Greenstar certification, they are searching for a Sustainable Projects Advisor to assist the existing Sustainability team to deliver on Hesperia’s Sustainability strategy.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Liaise with project teams to implement sustainability policies and project specific sustainability outcomes.
- Ensure that projects are aligned to Hesperia’s sustainability principles and benchmarks are met consistently.
- Complete project related documentation and ensure consistency of documentation across the portfolio.
- Track metrics across projects and the portfolio.
- Assist in preparing internal reports.
- Research and report on sustainability themes and innovations.
- Create internal communications on sustainability themes.
- Develop internal systems and processes to streamline work and delivery.
- Oversee consultants if assigned by the group manager, including tracking delivery against agreed scope of works.

**About You**

With a thirst for making a difference to the Sustainability outcomes of the built environment, as a Greenstar Accredited Professional you will bring previous experience working on land development or construction projects.

Joining a Sustainability team who are already making a tangible difference to the projects they deliver, you will have the opportunity to join an organisation who are genuinely purpose driven. You will bring with you strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with acute data analysis & spreadsheet skills.

In addition, you will possess:

- Degree qualifications in Science, Engineering, Architecture or relevant field
- 3 + years working within the building services sector, consultancy or building service contractor.
