As the Cluster General Manager, you will be responsible for leading the charge in the rooms division and in high-revenue centres for food and beverage, which includes managing corporate functions, wedding events, and restaurant operations. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on rooms division and food and beverage.
- Managing and optimising revenue streams from various outlets, including corporate functions, weddings, and restaurant operations.
- Implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive business growth.
- Leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
- Ensuring seamless coordination between departments to maintain operational efficiency.
