**About the Role**
The Communications Manager is responsible for developing HIF’s thought leadership, advocacy and member communications strategy and annual communications plan(s). This role is the champion of superior and consistent communications both externally and internally, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure continuous improvement at every HIF Member touch point.
**_ There's also some essential responsibilities that sit with this position;_**
- Manage internal and external communication materials including developing and monitoring project plans, coordinating resources and monitoring budgets to ensure communication milestones are met and consistent, and that high-quality outcomes are achieved and evaluated.
- Develop appropriate metrics for measuring, monitoring and reporting on the key objectives of the communications strategy.
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery and performance of member communications.
- Act as a steward of the brand tone and voice to drive cost-efficient, simple and effective member-friendly messaging in all communications.
- Monitor and assess HIF’s change readiness and prepare action plans to address gaps, factor interdependencies and to mitigate the risks.
**The Team**
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Leader and leading a team of two within a dynamic and multi-skilled Marketing Team of 20, this role will also have a bat-phone to the CEO on all things Thought Leadership and Comms.
