**Your new role**
There is a need for a cyber security lead the company through the next phase of the business. As a key partner in business growth and strategic development you will be responsible for;
- Growing and managing the cyber security practice and capability
- Creating and developing growth strategies and solutions based on the clients needs
- Assisting in client proposals
- Providing guidance and mentorship to the cyber security teams while supporting growth and development
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of cyber risks and government frameworks such as the ISM, PSPF and Essential Eight

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role your experience should include the following:

- Over 10 years experience within the cyber security industry
- Strategic business development
- Leading customer discussions
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Adequately communicate and articulate cyber security plans to all stakeholders in the business
- Past role within SOC management or MSP operations
- Leading and guiding teams through large transformation projects
- Strong communication skills
