**Description**:
We are looking for an Area Business Manager to oversee and optimise our M.J. Bale operations at David Jones Bourke Street.

This role will be pivotal in driving efficiency, building and maintaining a high-performing team and increasing our overall performance within our retail space. We are looking for a dedicated individual who comes from a background of multi-site store management and someone who understands 'the M.J. Bale customer'. This role will involve people leadership, team development & recruitment, driving multi-store performance, stock management and visual merchandising.
