**About The Role**

This is a senior career opportunity that has become available for an accomplished leader in our Sydney Regional Distribution Centre based in Western Sydney.
Reporting to the General Manager Supply Chain, this role requires a commercially led leader who can engage with all levels of stakeholders, empower high performing teams and drive a Safety First culture.
As the Supply Chain Manager overseeing a large team, your primary purpose is to oversee all functions including safety, business performance, service levels and financial expectations by building the best team culture. Building a team culture during a period of change will be vital.

**Your role scope includes**:

- Ensure Safety Standards are met and exceeded
- Create and maintain a site strategy that supports the wider business goals, including budget management
- Manage all operational aspects of the DC through working with the replenishment team and national transport and partnering to compliance standards with internal and external stakeholders
- Create an environment of shared leadership, promote people strategies and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure that ‘Chain of Responsibility’ legislative requirements are adhered to Champion the Primary Connect engagement program, Customer First Champion (C1C), within the sit

Other areas of focus include:

- Managing large scale 3PL, Supply Chain or manufacturing operations background
- Demonstrated experience in inspirational team influencing, stakeholder management and embracing change
- Experience leading large teams or where you have developed creative and innovative ways to engage teams to influence change and engage stakeholders
- Application of a high level of business acumen to drive results and achieve operational deliverables
- Ability to identify, manage and mitigate risks and deliver high quality outputs under pressure Knowledge of relevant OH & S and RTW legislation combined with Incident investigation experience.
