**About the role**:
Officeworks is seeking a dynamic and innovative Manager
- B2B Growth & Flexiworks to drive growth initiatives and achieve rapid market share growth over the next three years. This role is accountable for the end-to-end performance of Flexiworks, a self-managed platform that allows businesses to support their employees to work from anywhere while managing their expenditure and reducing administrative burden.

**About you**:
**Work Experience**
- Establishing/growing new ventures (either in a startup or in an establish organisation)
- Commercial management/ P&L portfolio
- Strategy and strategy execution
- Leading teams in a matrixed structure
- Navigating complex stakeholder environments
- Experience in human centred design and Lean startup methodologies is desired

**Skills/Knowledge/Attributes**
- Ability to frame customer problem and hypothesis and design and execute experiments
- Growth mindset and a can
