**About the Role**

As Warehouse Manager in Training, you’ll work closely with Management to gain full exposure to the day-to-day operations. You’ll be actively involved in receiving, picking, packing, stock control, and using inventory software systems. You’ll also learn how to troubleshoot issues and support process improvements that keep things running smoothly.

**What You'll Do**
- Pick and pack orders accurately from designated bin locations
- Receive and unpack stock, assist with shelving and stock rotation
- Use warehouse management software to track inventory and process orders
- Identify and help resolve stock or operational issues
- Participate in regular stocktakes and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised workspace
- Develop leadership skills while supporting a collaborative warehouse team

**What You'll Bring**
