**About the Role**:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Data and Insights Manager to join our team. This role will be key in helping evolve our data reporting and developing digital dashboards. Working with senior leadership across finance and operations, you will lead the transformation of our insights capability. You will also;
- Lead transformation projects across Supply Chain (Distribution centres, Primary Transport, Secondary transport) to build self-serve insights tools. Managing the movement to digital reporting.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions
- Play a lead role for a team of data engineers and analysts to uplift data & insights capability. Driving synergies across the data teams and running Power BI champions community.

***About You and Your Skills**:
We are looking for a naturally curious and engaging data insights leader. You will be able to engage various business units and have a passion for uplifting capability. You’ll also need:

- Appropriate tertiary qualification, e.g. data science, statistics, econometrics, mathematical discipline or accounting background (CA/ CPA)
- Analytics professional with a proven track record (10+ years) in business insights or intelligence unit, preferably with a retail or logistics background
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to navigate internal and external organisations to build and leverage relationships
- Experience in clearly articulating commercial benefits of data and analytics
- Naturally collaborative with a strong emphasis on building and leveraging relationships both internally and externally
- Experienced manager who has previously built and managed high performing analytics teams
- Ideally previous business ownership of data platform
