**About the Team**:
Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.

**About the role**:
Our Coles Services team takes pride in making our supermarkets shine. By managing all trolleys, trolley collection and cleaning services, we make sure our customers’ shopping experience is as consistently safe, easy, and seamless as possible.
Reporting to the Workforce Strategy and Operations Manager this role will see you lead and implement Reporting and Insights for the overall Coles Services Business Unit

You will also:

- Lead design & development of reports for Coles Services that provide quality, consistency & insightful information
- Ensuring Budget calculations are in line with strategic plans and are based on sound data.
- Provide relevant modelling and insights to ensure REM budgets are achieved
- Provide data interpretation and business guidance on key trends
- Deliver BAU reporting on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Work with a range of stakeholders including our Operational Leadership team in stores and our Commercial and strategy team to provide reporting and insights on KPIs and strategic projects

**About you and your Skills**:
You will have:

- Reporting experience within a large corporate environment
- Experience in development of financial reporting including advanced Excel (including VBA & Power Query), SAP & other BI tools
- Ability to define reporting business requirements and identify drivers for performance
- Tertiary finance or business qualification preferred
