We are seeking an experienced Supply & Install Project Lead to join our Bunnings Commercial Team.
About You
As the Supply & Install (S&I) Project Lead, you will oversee the receiving and installation of S&I offers/joinery at multi-residential sites, ensuring top-notch service for our commercial customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting onsite measurements for all joinery and other S&I offers.
- Managing site logistics, including access and lift usage, while aligning customer expectations with business capabilities.
- Overseeing on-site inductions with subcontractors and ensuring all work is completed to standard.
- Ensuring subcontractors adhere to safe workplace practices.
- Executing practical and final completion sign-offs.
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
About You
Joining a collaborative team, you are a tenacious problem solver with a strong commercial mindset and excellent organizational skills. Your ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and communicate effectively has driven your success.
Additionally, you bring:
- Hands on experience within the Commercial construction industry and extensive knowledge of the whole of build process
- Experience as a Project Site Manager
- Strong Joinery/Carpentry and associated product knowledge
- Quick problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, interpret, and troubleshoot architectural plans and CAD software.
- White Card Accreditation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A willingness to learn all S&I offers.
