**About our Program**

As a graduate, you’ll complete six-monthly rotations across our People & Culture teams, gaining hands-on experience across operational services and more strategic projects.

You’ll have the opportunity to work with teams such as People Services, People Strategy, Case Management, Rewards & Benefits, or Business Partnering, developing a strong foundation for a long-term career.

You’ll take part in real projects from day one, such as:

- Managing employee case portfolios and support
- Supporting reward reviews and reporting cycles
- Contributing to process improvements that enhance employee experience
- Collaborating with internal teams and external providers
- Working with HR systems and tools to keep the business moving

Throughout the program, you’ll be supported by mentors, buddies, and a dedicated graduate coordinator, helping you grow your confidence, capability, and career direction.

**Who Can Apply?**

You must have:

- Full working rights in Australia
- Completed a minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business, or a related field in 2023, 2024, or 2025
- A strong interest in organisational strategy, people experience, and process improvement
