Warehouse Administrator

**WAREHOUSE ADMINISTRATOR - YENNORA**

Our client is in search of a motivated Warehouse Administrator to join their team

As a Warehouse Administrator, you will work within a team environment and report directly to the warehouse manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handling customer communication via electronic and verbal channels.
- Maintaining records including orders, outbound and inbound shipping documents.
- Data entry tasks such as client invoicing.
- Organising and filing invoices, delivery dockets, and purchase orders.
- Generating, sorting, and scheduling pick/pack runs.
- Preparing shipping dockets and entering purchase orders.
- Processing returns and scheduling inbound shipping containers and de-hires.
- Managing pallet pooling and handling inbound receipts.
- Manifesting outbound shipments and booking external carrier consignments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for warehouse visitors.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Reliability is paramount.
- Ability to thrive in a reasonably fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Prior experience in warehouse administration is advantageous but not essential.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $32/hr + super

Schedule:

- 8:00am - 4:00pm
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Sunday
- Morning shift
