**About Us**
Got a knack for fixing things, rolling with the unexpected, and making sure spaces look and feel their best? We’re on the hunt for a part-time **Maintenance Assistant** to help keep Bounce Melbourne (CBD) and Roamer St Kilda running smoothly behind the scenes.

Whether it’s tightening a loose tap, patching up a wall, or figuring out why the dryer’s suddenly sounding like a jet engine — you’re the go-to. You’ll split your time between both properties, helping make sure everything’s safe, functional, and guest-ready at all times.

This role is perfect for someone practical, proactive, and not afraid to get their hands a little dirty.

**About the Role**:
**Maintenance & repairs**: From quick plumbing fixes and squeaky doors to furniture touch-ups and replacing lightbulbs, you’ll tackle a bit of everything.

**Keeping things safe & smooth**: You’ll spot issues before they become problems, report anything major, and keep both properties ticking along nicely.

**Support across sites**: You’ll work across both St Kilda and the CBD, depending on what’s needed that week.

**Jumping in when needed**: Sometimes, it’s all hands on deck. That might mean helping the housekeeping team flip a dorm or make a few beds during busy periods. We’re a team that helps each other out.

**Team player energy**: Whether it’s helping carry a ladder, clearing out a storeroom, or just being the person who knows where the duct tape lives, you’re always happy to lend a hand.

**We’re Looking For**:
You don’t need to be a qualified tradie (though that’s a bonus) — just someone practical, reliable, and keen to pitch in.

**You might be**:

- A hands-on person who loves solving problems
- Someone with general handyman or maintenance experience
- Confident using tools and basic repair techniques
- Great at managing your time and working independently
- Happy working across multiple locations and juggling priorities

**Role Details**:

- 5 days a week, Monday - Friday
- Working between Melbourne CBD and St Kilda locations. 2 / 3 days at each location.
