Are you passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment? YOT Deck, Main Beach, are looking for a dedicated Floor Supervisor to lead our team and ensure top-notch service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all front of house activities.
- Oversee dining operations to maintain cleanliness and organisation.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and customer inquiries.
- Pair up with new hires for training and showing them through new systems and processes.
- Assist in the continuous learning and development of the team.
- Communicate team grievances / feedback and follow through with guidance and support.

**What you need to succeed**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Attention to detail and customer orientated approach.
- Availability up to 38 hours a week including weekends.
