**THE JOB**

**Our GANT business is recruiting for two Store Managers. The locations are South Yarra and DFO South Wharf.**

**WHAT TYPE OF LEADER ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are seeking a proficient and efficient retail generalist who has learnt the processes and skills to lead and manage the execution of store operations through the 5 main lenses, being Sales Outcomes and Customer Experience, Operational integrity, People and Culture, Stock Management and Visual Merchandising.

This role requires an operationally savvy, big picture thinker who is a knowledge and information sharer and understands the importance of team collaboration and shared responsibilities.

They assess short comings and challenges, outlining required next steps for resolution with a straightforward, complete, and fact-based approach.

- Enjoy a healthy competitive sales environment - Be self-motivated to drive the achievement of store budgets and KPI's.
- Be inherently responsible - Ensure store opening and closing times are met, store is safe and secure and appropriately staffed.
- Enjoy fostering a team, sharing knowledge and feedback to ultimately develop and cross skill all members.
- Have an eye for detail and uphold GANT Global Visual Merchandising standards.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year
