**We are searching for a passionate and customer obssesed Store Manager to lead our Victoria's Secret DFO in South Wharf**

Your leadership will drive exceptional customer experience; motivate a successful stores team and ensure maximum productivity and profitability.

**You will be supported to**:

- Drive your team to provide amazing customer service and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
- Maximize sales potential by spending the majority of scheduled time on the sales floor
- Set the overall pace for creating a captivating in-store environment
- Succession plan your team to ensure they can be progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
- Executive Visual Merchandising in-store and Stock Management processes
- Create effective rosters, so that your store is always functioning to its optimal potential whilst managing wage costs
- Analyse and interpret data to maximise sales opportunities
- Create an awareness of and builds capability in loss prevention by fostering a culture of honesty and connecting the links between customer service, associate engagement and shrink

Ideally you'll have:

- Previous retail management experience in a high volume, service-driven environment
- Proven ability to effectively delegate, follow-up and communicate with all levels of the organisation
- The ability to manage complex and competing priorities with time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, even while multi-tasking
- Experience in assessing talent, coaching, developing and managing performance
- Strong business acumen with strong strategic and analytical skills
- High degree of emotional intelligence and multi-cultural sensitivity
