**Your role**:
You will bring your enthusiasm and passion to this busy Store Supervisor role located at **Coach DFO South Wharf**. You will be responsible for working alongside our Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to inspire our dedicated team to develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, communicate our brand vision, drive store results and develop a strong customer base in our fast-paced outlet store.

As an optimistic individual, with a can-do attitude, you will be required to display a strong sense of business acumen and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.

**The accomplished individual will possess the following Skills**:

- At least 3 years prior experience as a Retail Sales Associate.
- Effective communication skills, including interpersonal skills to adapt communication depending on interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic computer skills, along with an understanding how to use systems (ex. POS).

**An outstanding professional will have**:

- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the businesses trading hours
- An ability to demonstrate a can-do attitude and react positively to changing work demands.
- A long-term approach to growing and developing with the brand.
- Previous Experience supervising a team of 10-15.
