**About the role**:
Opportunity to join a high performing team on a **9 month FTC **acting as the overarching business lead for the Polymers ERP Programme that sees the Polymers business migrate off its legacy SAP instance across to Viva Energy’s JD Edwards instance, a key strategic objective for the Viva Energy business. The role is expected to encompass the whole journey, from business process mapping to gap analysis, to technical feasibility, programme justification and ultimately delivery.
In this role you will;
- Programme Management of the SAP to JDE strategic initiative
- Defining the transition to JDE from a user perspective
- Working through how closely the VEP business processes map to Viva’s and what are the gaps (gap analysis SAP r/3 to JDE)
- Business case development and adoption
- Objectively assess VEP ERP from the business’s standpoint as well as from the end user’s standpoint
- Creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance
- Conduct change impact analysis
- Coach Polymers Leadership Team in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor.
- Managing the buy-in across the organisation and ensuring the key people are informed and accountable
- Communication of project status, decisions, dependencies, risks, issues and milestone delivery
- Commercial negotiations with System Integrator and other vendors

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have;
- Business project/programme management experience
- Project scope experience
- Stakeholder management experience across Business and IT teams
- Understanding of business change management
- Understanding of business processes and process mapping
- Prior experience working with IT System Integrators a plus
- Experience with past ERP implementations
- Exposure to JDE preferable but not essential
- Good familiarity and understanding of high-level IT concepts
- Solid Business Processes understanding and functional knowledge
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- High level of problem solving
- Effective communication (writing and presenting)
- Focused Time management
