About the job:

- Must be able to work Saturdays 9am - 5pm
- Opening & closing of the office
- Managing phone lines & walk-in enquiries
- Liaising with the team & passing on messages in a timely manner
- Excellent communication & listening skills, must be able to take messages & relay them correctly.
- Enthusiasm and a great work ethic
- Impeccable presentation
- Honest and reliable
- Works efficiently, both independently and within a team
- Learns quickly and happy to adapt to new procedures
- Reliable means of transport to work
- Certificate of Registration is preferred, but not essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Outlook is preferred, but not essential
