Be part of Min Res and join our internal mental health department, The Mind Matters Team - Perth-Based with FIFO to Kens Bore

At MinRes, mental health matters - just as much as physical health. Our internal Mind Matters Team is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Mental Health Clinician to join the team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver evidence-based interventions for employees facing challenges like stress, grief, anxiety, burnout, and low mood.
- Conduct mental health risk assessments, including suicide risk evaluations.
- Manage a caseload of up to 25 active clients (1.0 FTE).
- Provide in-person & telehealth consultations.
- Collaborate with Emergency Services, Medics, Health & Wellbeing Advisors, and Gym Staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Lead mental health education and psychosocial wellbeing initiatives (e.g., pre-start talks, workshops, mindfulness sessions).
- Contribute to quality improvement & mental health research.

**The Roster**:
Hybrid FIFO: Perth-based with FIFO travel to Kens Bore on a 4:3 / 4:3 rotation, what this looks like? Well 4 days spent in Perth with the team, RnR for 3 days, off to site for 4 then back for 3 days RnR and repeat.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Registered Psychologist or Master’s in Counselling
- Membership with APS, ACA, AHPRA, or PACFA
- 2+ years’ experience in mental health
- Suicide risk assessment experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving & teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs
- National Police Clearance
- Insurance (Malpractice, Public & Products Liability) C-Class Driver’s Licence desirable
