To be successful for this role,
**Please ensure you have a tidy, readable resume reflecting on the following skillset**:

- Recent demonstrated experience as a Cyber security analyst / Cybersecurity consultant.
- Experience across review, assurance and compliance of Cybersecurity practices and framework across the organization;
- Detailed experience in contributing towards Cybersecurity best practices strategy;
- Detailed experience across IT Risk assessments and security risk management strategy;
- Detailed experience and/or hands-on knowledge of ISO 27001 framework;
- Demonstrated experience in review and auditing of ISMS based on ISO27001;
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory and compliance of ICT activities and policies;
- Great communications skills and ability to review and update ICT Risk & Compliance policy.
- Must be based in NSW and double vaccinated.

Preferred but not essential:

- Experience in Implementation of Information Security Management Systems;
- IT Risk, Governance and Compliance experience within NSW government organizations and familiarity with government ICT policy;
This position will focus on the review and finalisation of draft policies and guidelines developed as part of the organization’s cyber security strategy.

You will also be involved in execution and implementation of a number of other cybersecurity compliance initiatives as well as providing reports and presentations for senior stakeholders across the progress of cyber projects and planning of the next phases.

You must have a strong understanding of cyber risk and security compliance and assurance both from technical and policy point of view.

Ideally you will be familiar with NSW government cyber protocols and compliance coupled with certifications / understanding of ISO framework and/or essential 8 frameworks.
