_dandolopartners is seeking a Management Consultant to join their growing team in the role of Consultant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a driven individual to join one of Australia’s leading public policy and strategy consultancies._
- Based in Melbourne, the Management Consultant will work in the role of Consultant with dandolopartners’ directors and external project partners, providing strategic advice to organisations in and around government and from a range of sectors - including education, health, justice, innovation and not-for-profit._
- This is a multi-faceted role. Consultants will be involved, concurrently, on a range of consulting projects and other tasks. You will work in a small team to provide strategic advice to our clients on engagements usually ranging from one to six months duration._
- Accountability areas_
- _Participating in meetings with project teams to conceptualise, scope and structure our work - taking part in rigorous debate to develop novel and insightful perspectives._
- _Designing and / or participating in research engagements such as: o Literature reviews and web-based searches for relevant content_
- _Interviews and group discussions with stakeholders_
- _Conducting and analyzing online surveys._
- _Synthesising and analysing insights for client presentations and reports._
- _Working with stakeholders and clients to develop knowledge and insights, and to finalise presentations and outputs across a range of projects._
- _Balancing the needs and responsibilities of multiple projects, including timely completion of work, communicating with team members and delivering consistently high-quality outputs._
- Required_
- _Successful experience in government, public policy, strategic consulting and/or project management_
- _Tertiary qualifications_
- _The right to work in Australia_
- _Desired: an area of sectorial knowledge that complements Dandolo’s existing offering_
- A competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience will be offered, with a salary package range of $70,000 - 90,0000 inc super_
