Your ImpactAs the Head of Consulting you'll draw on a proven reputation for providing sustainable commercial and people outcomes with our industry clients. The work we do in psychology and consulting is unique and the type of consulting projects we are engaged in provide professional growth and career opportunities.
You'll have the privilege of leading and coaching a team of passionate and high‑calibre consultant psychologists and OD professionals, ensuring we deliver exceptional client experiences and innovative, evidence-based solutions. You'll also have the opportunity to lead and design high-value consulting projects to advance your professional growth.

Essential: Holds qualifications in Psychology (with current AHPRA registration)
