**Job Description** Are you a problem-solving superstar with a knack for juggling multiple priorities and delivering exceptional customer experiences?**

We’re on the lookout for a **Project Specialist** ready to step into a dynamic role supporting our Commercial Account Executives. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding service to our commercial customers by managing orders with precision and ensuring projects are completed seamlessly. From pricing and product recommendations to delivery schedules and customer satisfaction, you’ll be the go-to person keeping everything on track and running like clockwork.
- Build strong relationships with commercial customers by showcasing your in-depth knowledge of our product range and keeping them informed every step of the way.
- Take full ownership of customer orders, responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, and liaising with manufacturers to ensure stock and delivery timeframes are met.
- Work with customers and Account Executives to develop and manage delivery schedules that meet everyone’s needs.
- Juggle multiple customers across the country, ensuring top-notch service no matter where they are.
- Regularly liaise with manufacturers to keep product info and pricing accurate, monitor stock levels, and update systems as needed.
- Keep distribution centres informed well in advance of bulk deliveries to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- Share your expertise by assisting and training junior team members.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or administration is essential, and you genuinely enjoy helping people.
- Knowledge of white goods and plumbing products is a big plus
- You’re confident with MS Office, G-Suite, and other digital tools.
- You’re meticulous and take pride in getting things right the first time.
- You’ve got excellent verbal and written communication skills, making it easy for you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- You’re great at interpreting technical data and making product recommendations.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy contributing to group success.
- You know how to prioritise effectively and stay cool under pressure.
