About Us

Responsibilities and Deliverables

Develop and execute growth strategies across a defined list of top account

Respond to all customer inquiries and pro-actively follow-up and close all customer issues, elevating where necessary to achieve results

Work closely with Inside Sales on non-assigned accounts, supporting where necessary to close business

Coordinate with Blindness Product Specialists to drive incremental Braille sales through workshops and other field activities in designated accounts

Submit updated monthly activity report and action plan for key accounts

Provide timely quotations and follow-up on all sales opportunities within key accounts;
Work closely with customer service and operations to resolve daily issues and ensure best-in-class customer service experience

Maintain and develop best-in-class product knowledge of all HumanWare products

Attend national conferences and sales meetings when required

Deliver face to face demos/training to individuals/dealers

**Skills and Aptitudes Required**:
5 years of prior experience in educational, technology or a related medical field.

Driven by results with strong work ethic

Client oriented

Strong negotiation skills along with the ability to create and deliver convincing arguments;
Hunter for new opportunities

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with any audience;
Superior time management, organization and problem solving skills

Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills in both written and oral English

Possess knowledge of educational and federal agencies and the purchasing processes

Comfortable with technologies & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Have good knowledge of adaptive technology products for blind and visually impaired would be an asset;
Knowledge of Great Plains and CRM would be an asset.

University Degree in Administration/Marketing or equivilent
