An opportunity has arisen for a career-driven and customer-centric Sales Assistant to support our talented team at our exquisite Aura display centre in Bells Creek on the Sunshine Coast. This hands-on role is designed for a service -oriented professional who prides themselves on the experience they provide and has an interest in property and construction.

**About the Role**

The successful applicant will join an experienced sales team and be provided with training and ongoing career opportunities. You will join a well-established and respected brand and will have the opportunity to work from one of Plantation’s immaculate display centres that you will be proud to call your place of work.

As customers embark on their building journey, you will be their essential guide during the initial stages of this memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warmly welcoming customers to our new home displays and experience centers.
- Understanding their needs and providing informative guidance throughout their home visit.
- Showcasing our award-winning designs with pride, ensuring impeccable presentation.
- Keeping product information and databases up to date for seamless customer and sales team experiences.
- Following up with customers after their visit, maintaining strong connections.

This is a casual position offering 4 days per week. You'll be working Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 9.45am - 5.15pm. There is an opportunity to pick up additional shifts across our other Sunshine Coast displays to cover leave and sick days.
