**About what you will be doing**
The Manager Health & Safety position sits within People and Culture and works with the business to implement the health safety and wellbeing program for Department of Transport & Planning. You will manage the incident management system (including inspections and assurance activities) and play a key role in ensuring high levels of capability across the business in safety and wellbeing matters.

**About what you will need to have**
Pivotal to success in this role will be your experience reviewing and analysing both internal and external information to enhance the effectiveness and quality of your work, you will also be adept at fostering a team environment that encourages and rewards innovation and creativity. In terms of project delivery, you’re used to defining tasks needed to achieve desired outcomes and excel in stakeholder Management.
**Qualifications and Experience**
Mandatory
- Substantial demonstrated experience in HSW
Desirable
- Formal qualification in a relevant discipline such as health and safety, human resources or law
