**The Role**

This role will lead the programmatic management of a portfolio of transformation initiatives over the next 3-5 years. This role will oversee governance, delivery oversight, benefits realization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive enterprise-wide change, including operational, capability, and digital transformations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain program governance
- Oversee the delivery of programs across all transformation initiatives
- Define and measure program outcomes
- Collaborate across interdepartmental teams
- Lead a growing team of 3-4 project managers and change managers

**Key Competencies and Skills**
- Extensive experience leading large-scale projects and transformation programs, with demonstrated success in enterprise change management
- Expertise in project methodologies such as Agile, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, including C-suite and cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and managing high-performing teams
- Background in food services, FMCG, or related industries is desirable but not essential
