As part of our growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Enterprise Change (3-year contract) to join our team in either our Sydney or Melbourne Office.

About the opportunity

ISPT are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Change to lead and manage multiple change initiatives across a portfolio of projects at various stages of the life cycle. Leading a team of Change Professionals, you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand and manage the end-to-end change for the projects you support.

In this role you will lead the development and implementation of organisational change strategies and plans as part of overall business transformation programs and initiatives, analyse organisational impacts, identify and manage stakeholder engagement, define and measure success metrics and develop and deliver change management materials.

About you

You will be adaptable and agile to business and people needs and have a passion to support people through change. You will have 5+ years in Organisational Change Management or Communications and Postgraduate qualifications in Change Management or in a related field and have proven experience working in transformation and change programs that have delivered strong business value and results. A background working in either a transformation advisory firm or corporate would be highly desirable.

You will be a dynamic self-leader and have a passion for ‘change for growth’. You must be resilient and a forward thinker, have expertise in organisational design and change management strategies with proven ability to manage diverse and multiple stakeholder groups.
