The Coffee Club is a major brand within the Minor DKL Food Group (MDKL), which is a leading Australian retail food franchisor and the Australian subsidiary of the Thai-listed Minor International PCL. From the very beginning The Coffee Club was founded on family, friends and customer needs. Fast forward to today and we serve millions of loyal customers as the world's largest Australian café chain.

**The Opportunity**:
The Coffee Club is soon to open our flagship Charlotte Street store in Brisbane CBD and we’re after a **brand-new team **to be part of this exciting project. As a newly emerging store we are looking for a whole new team to learn, grow and have fun together in a location that will be truly unique to The Coffee Club brand.

As **Front of House **employees, you will be responsible for upholding The Coffee Club’s service standards, through great customer service, care to coffee preparation and spreading everyday acts of kindness to your team and esteemed guests.

**What We're Looking For**:
Someone who understands that at The Coffee Club we are serious about connecting with both our customers and our team. So, if you're a Great Service Attendant at The Coffee Club you need to have the following attributes:

- **A Host **- you anticipate and fulfil the needs of your customers as if they are a guest in your home;
- **A People Person **- you find it easy to genuinely connect with both your customers and your team;
- **Detail-Oriented**:

- you have a keen eye for detail: from accurate order taking to store cleanliness.
