You'll have the opportunity to show off your organisation skills to support a well-established, welcoming & experienced team of coaches in this new role, while being part of an organisation that has been making a massive, positive impact in the lives of hundreds of people for 5 years, with many more to come. If you genuinely love people, completing check-lists, all things organisation and selling memberships, all in an ever-changing and fast-moving environment, then this is the role for you **Your role**: We need someone who is absolutely focussed on demonstrating the value of F45 to our prospects and members and help deliver the awesome member experience that F45 is renowned for That means you’ll have a variety of responsibilities to support our members and team. Your role will also include the following tasks: - Lead generation & Sales - Calling prospects who enquire - Generating leads (community & corporate outreach) - Converting trialists to paid members - Support Studio Manager in day-to-day running of the studio including: - Managing Member queries - Managing Membership accounts & arrears - Tracking Attendance - Challenge & Member event planning - Social media management (shared) - Live a healthy lifestyle yourself to lead by example for our members & team **REQUIREMENTS**: - People Person You must be bubbly, energetic, LOVE dealing with people, be friendly and approachable, with excellent communication skills. - Live for Organisation: You are well organised, have excellent time management & work with a sense of urgency. - "Can do" attitude You are driven and energetic, keen to do whatever you can to help and more. - Ideally Sales experience meeting KPIs, preferably on a commission-based scheme - Fitness Industry Experience &/or a passion for fitness are highly beneficial **What’s in it for you**: - **Generous Salary PLUS Super PLUS Incentives.** Above Award pay rate.
