They will also establish, manage, and maintain an enterprise dashboard that supports the management and reporting of testing activities and outcomes across the enterprise. They will provide support to the defect & test managers to ensure that the capturing and reporting of testing metrics follow reporting standards and guidelines. They will also work with the Enterprise Test Manager to drive a continuous improvement culture within the testing capability.
The role will work with other testing leads to ensure a consolidated approach towards metrics and reporting. This role will be key to capturing, collating and reporting testing activities and outcomes from end-to-end to identify, manage and address operational and technological risks.
