**Position Summary**

The Housekeeping Supervisor is dedicated to providing the highest standard of Capella in the curation of a luxury comfort experience to all guests. The individual is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of all guest areas and ensures that they meet the highest standards of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assists the Executive Housekeeper in the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are Strictly adhered to.
- Coordinates and maintains equipment maintenance reports and records.
- To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene adhere to the hotel and Forbes grooming standards.
- Provides inspirational leadership, clear vision and direction to team members to ensure delivery of the Capella brand with uncompromising values, honor and integrity, also to create and delivering personalized, unique, memorable and an exceptional experience for our guests and team members.
- To ensure that Forbes standards of cleanliness is followed and set up in all areas
- front of house and back of house.
- Report any unusual incidents, complaints, unauthorized individuals in rooms or public areas, missing or damaged hotel property, and lost and found items to the Housekeeping Office, Security, or Duty Manager. Additionally, report any suspicious activity directly to Security.

**Talent Profile**
- Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resorts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with personable character, a team player and good at cultivating guest relations.
- Basic command of written and spoken English.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals and surfaces.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
