Housekeeping Supervisor

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be a fundamental player in leading a high quality team supporting the Housekeeping Manager. RAC Monkey Mia Resort is located in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area, alongside the picturesque Francois Peron National Park. Our resort is internationally renowned for the friendly dolphins that visit the bay daily. The resort caters for up to 1200 guests and offers a range of accommodation options including two
- and three-bedroom self-contained villas, hotel-style rooms, budget accommodation, dormitories and powered/unpowered campsites.

**What will you be doing?**
- Leading our housekeeping team responsible for the cleaning of self-contained cabins, villas, dorm style rooms, caravan park and public areas such as amenities and camp kitchens
- Planning of daily room requirements and conducting pre-arrival checks
- Ensuring adequate supplies of housekeeping inventory and chemicals
- Proactively managing guest feedback for continuous improvement on customer service
- Training team members
- Ensuring Health and Safety compliance.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Experience in a hospitality environment, hotels, accommodation or similar.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes and procedures.
- Experience in supervision of a team.
- Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Ability to exhibit a strong and proactive guest and member focus in all activities.
- Ability to organise and multi-task varied priorities and ability to complete all allotted tasks within an appropriate time frame.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with colleagues, members, guests, suppliers and contractors.
