**Global Hospitality Solutions**provides outsourced housekeeping services to hotels and service apartments all over Australia. We employed over 1,500 staff throughout Australia. Service to more than 2 million rooms per year from the great hoteliers such as Meriton Suites, Accor, TFE and Fraser Suites. **About the Role**

Due to our business expansion, we are currently seeking a highly skilled, motivated and hands-on experience Housekeeping Supervisor who is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring guest rooms meet the highest standards oversees a team of Room Attendants/House Person in the property.

**About You**

You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with both guests and overall, the hotel team.

**Responsibilities**

You will report on an immediate basis to the Housekeeping Manager/Site Manager and work closely with the hotel teams by creating an everlasting memory and providing an exceptional experience for each and every guest that checks in/out of the hotel.

To success in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:

- The Housekeeping Supervisor is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel.
- You will direct and inspect work performance of all Room Attendants/House Person ensuring that quality and cleanliness standards are being met.
- You are to ensure quality assurance process is met, resulting in appropriate cleanliness and quality levels; support loss prevention and safety standards procedures.
- You will support the Housekeeping Manager/Site Manager to ensure proper staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity.
- Ensure records of daily tasks are completed and time sheets are signed.
- Maintain key movement/control.
- Monitor cleanliness and orderliness of all Room Attendants' trolley, linen closets, stairways and landings.
- Oversee the daily tasks of duties, ensuring all Room Attendants carry out the work and meeting our productivity target.
- To initial work orders for repairs and report progress of all out-of-order (OOO) rooms to the Maintenance Teams.
- To assist and provide on the job training to all the Room Attendants.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $25.80 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Housekeeping management: 1 year (required)
