**So who are we?**

Buller Hospitality is under the umbrella of Buller Ski Lifts (BSL) company which employs about 850 seasonal staff. The Buller Hospitality department hires a whopping 100+ seasonal staff, so we know how to serve food in a big way. We are spread out across 10 locations with 13 very different venues on and off the mountain. Have a cheeky stalk of the linked socials below.

**Let’s talk about the role.**

Your main responsibility as a Kitchen Porter will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the kitchen through food preparation and dishwashing. You will be a part of the kitchen team led by Ajay Zalte our Executive Chef. You are a quick-thinking multi-tasker who can perform a wide range of jobs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

If you’re looking for some hands-on kitchen experience, this is a perfect place to start.

Please note you will be required to work in any location as advised during your workday.

- You’ve got great time management skills
- Calm approach to stressful environments
- The ability to work in a team environment
- You’re willing to learn new skills
- Excellent communication
- Humble and Friendly attitude

**What experience do I need?**
- Hospitality experience is not required but preferred.
- Basic understanding of health and hygiene
