Partnership Support

Astra Green Solutions leads the charge in providing energy-efficient products and solutions, aiming to empower customers to reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs. We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as Partnership Support. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our General Manager to drive our daily sales and marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate closely with our sales team to effectively communicate the range of product offerings, promotions, and benefits to our customers.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our energy-saving products, addressing inquiries, and providing relevant information.
- Monitor sales and staff performance indicators, overseeing sales tracking tools, and compiling comprehensive reports.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new partners and actively engage with prospective partners.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring meticulous organization and accessibility of sales figures and metrics.

**Administrative Support**:

- Manage administrative duties such as scheduling, correspondence handling, and maintaining an orderly filing system to support the General Manager.
- Coordinate customer meetings and conferences, meticulously recording meeting minutes.
- Manage the General Manager's calendar, scheduling both internal and external meetings with precision.

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and exceptional customer service abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and professional phone etiquette.
- Willingness to work overtime (OT) when needed.
- Good customer care skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a quick learner.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- On call

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
