This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced individual to join the Transaction Governance team in LUMEA as a Transaction Governance Manager. LUMEA is a Transgrid Group brand focused on renewable energy solutions in the competitive energy market.

Reporting to the Transaction Governance Director, as the Transaction Governance Manager, you will help set the framework for consistency across commercial and governance elements. Being commercially astute, this role contributes to a whole of portfolio commercial view to enable decision making, negotiate agreements and attain internal approvals.

You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with an ability to be flexible and take on challenges with finesse and ease. You will be a solid negotiator with a strong commercial focus. We are looking for someone well versed in both upstream and downstream contracting arrangements, who is comfortable negotiating agreements and managing internal stakeholders to achieve project success.

**About you**
- Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders is required.
- Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline and/or extensive appropriate experience in a capital-intensive industry including build, own, operate and maintain contracts.
- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience as a Contracts Manager or Commercial Manager.
- Highly developed capability and proven experience in networking with multi-disciplinary matrixed teams
- Advanced interpersonal and negotiation skills (oral and written) to provide specialist commercial advice during bid development.
- Strong commercial background with understanding of the nuances in negotiation to help a bid team win new business, whilst balancing risk and governance.
- Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management Tool, like DocuSign CLM is preferred but not essential.
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred also but not essential.
- Extremely adaptable in a changing environment.
