Our client, a fast-growing near-new early learning service in Doncaster's Milgate precinct, is seeking to appoint Early Childhood Educators (Diploma or Certificate III).

Nestled in the heart of the Milgate community, the service boasts a remarkable capacity to accommodate up to 92 children. With its state-of-the-art infrastructure, this almost brand-new service is run by a nurturing and passionate leadership team that takes a very passionate stance when it comes to providing high-quality education and care for young children.

The service takes sustainability of high importance and considers it a priority to minimise environmental impact and teach children how to reduce their footprint. There is a commitment to using recycled and natural materials within our art projects or for in-room experiences, including loose parts play. A community garden project encourages children to plant fruit and vegetables, and they work with the in-house chef when it is time to pick them

**About you**
- A completed Cert III, Diploma, or working towards a degree (as recognised by ACECQA)
- Experience in a long daycare environment highly desirable
- An understanding of the legislation, standards and frameworks relating to Early Childhood Education.
- Understanding child protection legislation and willingness to undergo additional child protection training as required.
- Have great communication skills
- The ability to work between 7.30 am and 6.00 pm is helpful.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour
