**What You Will Be Doing**
The Central Sterilising Supply Department (CSSD), is instrumental in providing quality sterilisation and decontamination processing services. The CSSD Manager, as a member of the Operating Suite management team, will work in collaboration with the Perioperative Services Manager (POSM), Nurse Unit Manager - Perioperative and the Operations Director, Principal Nurse - Surgery and Anaesthesia Services to ensure the highest standard of patient care, within available resources, is provided at all times.

**What You Need**
We anticipate you will have:

- Holds a Certificate III in Sterilising Practice for Technicians or equivalent
- Holds or is working toward, a Certificate IV in Health Services (Supervision) or equivalent
- Experience in a leadership or management role
