As the Club Manager, you'll play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience, leading sales efforts, and maintaining our physio rehab strength & conditioning studio's inviting atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Elevate customer experience through top-notch reception services.
- Lead sales and retention efforts, achieving key performance indicators.
- Collaborate in the implementation of marketing events and social activities tailored to our health-focused community.
- Maintain the club's inviting atmosphere through effective facility management.

**Competencies and Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience.
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
- Adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in social media for community engagement.
- Positive leadership style with a can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in allied health reception/administration highly regarded.

**Key Performance Indicators**:

- Customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Membership numbers and retention rates.
- Success in organising events and social activities.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
