**Equipment Hire Manager**

We are looking for an experienced and proactive **Equipment Hire Manager** to lead and optimise our equipment hire operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers. If you're a highly organised leader with a passion for customer service and team management, we want you on our team

**Key Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in managing a team within the equipment hire or related industry
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- High level of computer literacy and knowledge of hire systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the Equipment Hire team to achieve business objectives
- Oversee incoming hire requests and ensure clients' equipment needs are met efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise equipment utilisation and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the Transport division to ensure timely and cost-effective equipment delivery and pick-up
- Monitor and manage the movement and availability of hire equipment
- Analyse hire data and trends to optimise operations and improve service delivery
- Ensure accurate preparation and completion of Hire Agreements, Contracts, and invoicing
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and development
