**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As the Training Manager - Operations you will work with the Operations Leadership team to identify the operational training needs and requirements of the Scape Operations department (including customer experience, facilities, events, cleaning, and catering team members). You will be responsible for designing and/or coordinating training and the ongoing assessment of the effectiveness of that training to ensure all team members are confidently and capably able to meet the operational requirements of their roles.

This important role will not only ensure that Scape Operations team members can provide the best possible experience for our residents but will also ensure that Scape is meeting its requirements with regard to compliance, health, and safety standards.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Relevant qualifications and experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Experience with managing LMS (learning management systems) and content development systems eg, Articulate, Easygenerator, Absorb etc
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced presentation skills
- Familiar with various training tools, systems, and models
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong understanding of learning styles
