- Job Description SummaryService Stream are on the hunt for an experienced Applications Manager to join our GBIS team
- About the Role This is a critical, hands-on leadership role based at our modern Head Office on Collins Street, which offers a vibrant environment featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces, and plenty of natural light.

Please note that this role is open to Australian Citizens only.

Key Responsibilities:

- _ Team Leadership & Development: _Lead, mentor, and manage a team of systems analysts and administrators. Foster a collaborative environment and promote professional growth.
- _ System Administration & Support_: Oversee the administration, configuration, and daily support of corporate systems, ensuring high availability and resolving incidents in a timely manner.

About You:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and/or a major HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of process automation and business intelligence tools.
- Experience managing a distributed team
