**Due to the recent expansion of our franchise business we have exciting opportunities for both experienced and trainee Parts Interpreters to join our busy parts teams at our Adtrans Truck Centre in Laverton North.**

**About the role**:

- Interpret, quote and sell parts to all internal and external customers
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient customer service at all times
- Prepare and process invoices, part requisitions, inventory documents and vendor orders
- Promote and upsell products
- Saturday mornings on a rotating roster

**About You**:

- Strong customer service ethic _(essential)_
- Willingness to learn _(essential)_
- Experience in an automotive parts interpreting position or heavy vehicle parts interpreting position _(preferred but not essential)_
- Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships with customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of ERA systems _(preferred but not essential)_
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite _( preferred but not essential)_
- Current driver’s license
