**Qualifications & experience**
- Must be well orgainsed with efficient time management skills and a high attention to detail
- Must love maths and be competent on an Excel Spreadsheet
- Must have a good work ethic, and have good communication skills
- Ability to cope with the multi faceted demands of the job
- Must be able to work independantly or in a small team environment
- Fluent in English
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Data Entry
- Monitor, track and update orders to ensure they can meet deadlines
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and couriers
- Coordinate bookings
- Assisting with collating and getting jobs ready for installation
- Ability to work 5 days per week
- Updating invoices on Xero.
- Must be willing to meet clients for marketing purpose.

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
