We have an exciting opportunity for a casual Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at Lorna Jane HQ located in Eagle Farm.

About the Role

The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for encompassing a solution focused customer experience. You will be responsible for amplifying brand service culture by creating solutions to engage and connect with Lorna Jane customers globally.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Connecting with our LJ customer via Live Chat.
- Handing customer queries and escalations in a professional manner to offer solutions.
- Educate, engage & style our customer to support with a seamless online experience.
- Maintaining KPI’s and benchmarks to ensure a high-quality service standard.
- Working with internal and external parties to investigate all customer queries to solve and resolve.
- Collecting and communicating customer insights to the business to drive positive change.

- Communicate effectively with speed and accuracy typing.
