**What's on offer?**

As an Accounts Payable (AP) Team Leader you will play a crucial role in ensuring invoices are paid on time. You can expect to partner with colleagues, stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers with any AP queries and to ensure processes are efficient.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Support, coaching and performance management of 5 direct reports
- Oversight of accurate processing of circa 1,000 invoices a day
- Managing weekly / monthly payment runs
- Review of statement reconciliations
- Assisting the team in investigating and resolving queries
- Weekly analytical reporting to senior management
- Ongoing process improvement and review

To be successful you will have a proven ability in leading a high volume full function Accounts Payable. You will be passionate about progressing your career in finance and be able to deliver an awesome customer experience.

You will also have:

- Ability to problem solve and think on your feet
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- A minimum of intermediate Excel skills
- The ability to proactively build collaborative relationships
- An eye for detail when producing documentation
- Sense of humour that lifts your team members
